Shipping costs apply for courses with printed learning materials.<\/p>\n<h3>Billing<\/h3>\n<p>Digital invoices are sent continuously after registration and up until the start of the term.<\/p>\n<p>The invoice is sent via our accounting platform Intuit, where payment can be made by credit card or transfer from your own bank.<\/p>\n<p>The invoice must be paid no later than 2 weeks after the start of the term. A reminder fee of 50 CAD is charged for late payment after 90 days.<\/p>\n<p>All prices are stated in Canadian dollars and you as a customer cover exchange and transfer fees. SMUL Academy unfortunately does not have a bank account in Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>If the prices are too high for your family, there are some financial alternatives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can choose to pay in two installments (September and February)*<\/li>\n<li>We also have five free study places that can be applied for by families with low income (indicated in the registration).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are unsure about course selection or have other questions, we welcome you to contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@svenskautomlands.org\">info@svenskautomlands.org<\/a> for a discussion.<\/p>\n<p><em>*for split payment, a reminder fee applies to the first installment after 90 days and after 30 days for the second installment.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--module--divi-text--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Registration becomes binding after September 1. For distance learning, at least 5 students are required for an advertised class to be conducted. SMUL Academy reserves the right to cancel classes if this number of students is not met.
