Billing and Payment Terms
Prices are listed on each course's homepage. Shipping costs apply for courses with printed learning materials.
Billing
Digital invoices are sent continuously after registration and up until the start of the term.
The invoice is sent via our accounting platform Intuit, where payment can be made by credit card or transfer from your own bank.
The invoice must be paid no later than 2 weeks after the start of the term. A reminder fee of 50 CAD is charged for late payment after 90 days.
All prices are stated in Canadian dollars and you as a customer cover exchange and transfer fees. SMUL Academy unfortunately does not have a bank account in Sweden.
If the prices are too high for your family, there are some financial alternatives:
- You can choose to pay in two installments (September and February)*
- We also have five free study places that can be applied for by families with low income (indicated in the registration).
If you are unsure about course selection or have other questions, we welcome you to contact us at info@svenskautomlands.org for a discussion.
*for split payment, a reminder fee applies to the first installment after 90 days and after 30 days for the second installment.
Cancellation Policy
Registration becomes binding after September 1. For distance learning, at least 5 students are required for an advertised class to be conducted. SMUL Academy reserves the right to cancel classes if this number of students is not met. The registered student is then offered distance or private studies or to withdraw the registration.
If studies must be discontinued during the academic year, please contact us and we will make an assessment regarding payment and possible refund.
